LEARNING IN ISRAEL

Learning Expedition

Combining its meetings or workshops with inspiring encounters to stimulate the collective intelligence of its teams was exactly what this finance company wanted. We headed for the Israeli Silicon Wadi, which has become the world's second largest hub of technological innovation with its 7,000 start-ups in all fields (cybersecurity, IT, fintech, health, agriculture, industry, etc.). The programme was dense for our consultants, with a visit to Technion, Israel's MIT, dealing with various subjects such as smart cities or autonomous vehicles, medtech-health, or fintech; the discovery of Matam, a hi-tech R&D park hosting major global groups such as Google, Intel, Microsoft... ; the fascinating presentations at the University of Jerusalem on the innovation ecosystem in Israel, as well as on new technologies applied to business; and finally, the meeting with a venture capital fund specialising in web start-ups. Sightseeing and relaxation were not left out with the discovery of Tel Aviv by electric bike, the visit of the holy places of Jerusalem, the district of Jaffa with its old town and its historic port, without forgetting the good restaurants of Tel Aviv and a little free time to stroll... Informative and disruptive, this stay, in a historic land resolutely turned towards the future!
