On the edge of the Swiss Alps, bathed by Lake Maggiore, the Borromean Islands combine paradisiacal gardens, baroque follies and Italian sweetness. It is in this inspiring setting that we have organised this seminar. We stayed at the grand hotel on the Borromean Islands, a haven of peace and an ideal starting point for a private boat trip to Isola Bella, followed by a cocktail in the gardens. The following days will include work sessions, the privatisation of Villa Clerici with cooking classes and wine tasting, a seaplane flight over Lake Como and finally a private visit to Villa Panza in Varese with its splendid collection of contemporary art. To end this stay in beauty, a gastronomic dinner at the Piccolo Lago restaurant, rated 2* by Michelin. Grazie mille e Bravo!
